Acrylics on canvas (2000)
A commission by some friends in Cornwall to paint their dog which I set in front of their country home. Rather than paint the dog as some might with every hair ‘just so’, I decided to capture the charcter of the dog whose name was ‘Beowulf’. I’m pleased with the dog’s ‘cheekyness’.
